Eturi was founded by Amir Moussavian in 2013. With more than 25 years of technology management experience, Amir has specialized knowledge in nurturing innovative technology companies from start-up to dynamic growth to acquisition. As a father of two, Amir saw the need to manage screen time on his daughters' devices and launched OurPact in 2015. The mobile app helps parents teach healthy device habits to children and teens by blocking apps across all devices. OurPact has since grown to become the number one parental control app.
In 2020 COVID-19 dramatically restructured work practices to a decentralized workforce. Amir realized this shift left many leaders seeking ways to evaluate activity of their Team Leaders and from this, Motiv was born. With reporting focusing on team collaboration, Eturi developed the app to ensure the highest level of employee privacy. Motiv is the corner-office view into today’s distributed workforce.
